Montgomery police reports

Obstructing arrest

Montgomery police arrested Devin Dobbs, 22, of the 900 block of Trask Avenue, Aurora, after stopping his vehicle for multiple traffic violations on Orchard Road at Route 30 April 15 at 12:21 a.m.

Police said Dobbs initially lied about his true identity. He was arrested on charges of obstructing identification and driving without a valid license, and issued four other citations.

Lost child located unhurt

Montgomery police responded to a report of a lost child in the area of Lakewood and Oakmont drives April 15 at 4:59 p.m. Police said the child was located unharmed, but her guardian, Brian Rosinki, 38, of the 2000 block of Shauna Drive, was issued a notice to appear in court for child endangerment.

DUI, four citations

Montgomery police arrested Joel Morris, 39, of the 300 block of Primrose Court, Aurora, after stopping his vehicle for having no rear registration plate light and suspended plates in the 1400 block of Douglas Road April 15 at 1:29 a.m. Police said Morris was issued four citations and charged with driving under the influence.

License violation

Montgomery police arrested Joseph Robinson, 23, of the 200 block of North Oakhurst Drive, Aurora, after stopping his vehicle for having an expired registration sticker on Route 30 at Gordon Road April 16 at 10:01 p.m. Police said Robinson has been charged with driving on a suspended license.

Vehicle damaged

A resident of the 2800 block of Providence Lane told Montgomery police April 17 that someone tossed eggs at his car while it was parked at his residence, which damaged the paint.
