IVVC names outstanding students for spring 2017

Indian Valley Vocational Center in Sandwich recently announced its Outstanding Spring Students.

This recognition program may spotlight a student from 14 programs on site, plus cosmetology and fire science, selected by the program instructors.

The criteria included are qualities such as outstanding professional work, enthusiasm, attendance, initiative, and demonstrated work ethic.

The Outstanding Spring 2017 Students from Sandwich are William Carrie, auto body repair; Daniel Stotler, computer technology; Joshua Martinez, culinary arts; and Timothy Gordon, Project Lead the Way.

IVVC is owned and operated by 11 school districts: Earlville District 9, Hinckley-Big Rock District 429, Indian Creek District 425, Leland District 1, Newark District 18, Paw Paw District 271, Plano District 88, Sandwich District 430, Serena District 2, Somonauk District 432 and Yorkville District 115.
