Kendall County court cases

• Jawan Jackson, 29, 800 block of West South Street, Plano, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver between one and 15 grams of cocaine on April 11, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of April 20 was set.

• Jacob Malloe, 26, of Wheaton was charged with residential burglary, a Class 1 felony, for allegedly entering a Montgomery home on April 6 with the intent to commit a felony or theft, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $200,000 and a court date of April 20 was set.

• Jessica Delong, 27, of Wheaton was charged with residential burglary, a Class 1 felony, for allegedly entering a Montgomery home on April 6 with the intent to commit a felony or theft, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $75,000 and a court date of April 20 was set.

• Latayuss Curry, 23, of Chicago was charged with aggravated battery, a Class 2 felony, for allegedly throwing feces and urine at a Kendall County corrections deputy on April 10, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $100,000 and a court date of May 31 was set. He was additionally charged with criminal damage to government-supported property, a Class 4 felony, and aggravated battery, a Class 2 felony, for allegedly breaking a broom and splashing a fluid containing feces on a deputy on April 9. Bail in that case was also set at $100,000 and a court date of May 31 was set.

• Antonio Bazaldua, 41, of Bolingbrook was charged with two counts of aggravated and fleeing an officer, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly fleeing from an officer at more than 21 mph, and disobeying at least two traffic control devices while doing so on April 7, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $250,000 and a court date of April 19 was set.

• Brenda Valdiviezo, 20, 1100 block of East Sixth Street, Sandwich, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly possessing less than 15 grams of amphetamine, on April 7, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of April 25 was set.
