Kendall County court cases

• Kenny King, 27, 500 block of Kendall Drive, Yorkville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony, for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver between 2,000 and 5,000 grams of marijuana on Aug. 2, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 7 was set.

• Robert Burns Jr., 1300 block of Pearl Street, Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony, for allegedly possessing and intending to deliver between 2,000 and 5,000 grams of marijuana on Aug. 2, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $100,000 and a court date of Aug. 7 was set.

• Michael Griffin Jr., 18, 100 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, was charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony, for entering a vehicle in Montgomery on July 30 with the intent to commit a theft, according to Kendall County court records.

Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of Aug. 23 was set.

• Ryan Hairgrove, 35, 3000 block of Courtney Street, Plano, was charged with driving on a suspended license, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly driving on June 24 while his license was revoked, having previously committed the same offense on two prior occasions, according to Kendall County court records. A motion to set bail was issued and a court date of Aug. 22 was set.

• Alexis Parr, 21, 1000 block of Deer Run Trail, Sandwich, was charged with multiple drug-related felonies stemming from a recent Cooperative Police Assistance Team investigation, according to Kendall County court records.

Parr was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, for allegedly possessing and delivering between 1 and 15 grams of cocaine on May 9. Parr was additionally charged with a second count of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 1 felony, and possession of a controlled substance, for allegedly possessing and delivering between 1 and 15 grams of cocaine on May 17.

Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of Sept. 8 was set.
