Police ID naked man, but no complaints signed

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a disorderly conduct incident involving a naked man in Boulder Hill late Monday afternoon.

Police said they received a report of a naked man running through the back yards of homes in the 0-30 block of Spring Garden Road at 4:50 p.m.

Police said they identified the man but the complainant declined to sign a complaint form.
