Stop by Oswego’s Little White School Museum from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on either (or both) Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 9-10 for “Christmas Decorations – Victorian Style.”
The museum is located at 72 Polk Street (Polk at Jackson Street), just two blocks from historic downtown Oswego.
Create instant heirloom holiday decorations to take home and share just like our great-grandparents did. These Victorian themed handmade holiday crafts will add a special touch to any celebration.
Children must attend with an adult. Pre-registration is suggested to help the staff plan for materials, but walk-ins are always welcome. This free, family craft activity is aimed at Christmas craft enthusiasts age 3 years and up.
While your family visits, be sure to look for Hudson, the Little White School Museum’s very own holiday elf. With a little looking, the shy elf can be found hiding in places all throughout the museum from Dec. 1-23. Visitors are invited to locate Hudson and discover the magic of Oswego’s history in doing so.
