Kendall County court cases

• Danielle Carlson, 34, 300 block of S. Louis St., Plano, was charged with two counts of aggravated drunken driving, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 28, at a time when her license was suspended or revoked, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Dec. 21 was set.

• David Barber, 56, 300 block of Kensington Dr., Oswego, was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm for allegedly firing a weapons toward an occupied vehicle on Nov. 28, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $100,000 and a court date of Dec. 4 was set.

• Jennifer Schmoker, 38, 6300 block of Chicago Rd., Yorkville, was charged with aggravated drunken driving, a Class 2 felony, for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 27, having previously committed two or more similar violations, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Dec. 1 was set.

• Jose Garcia, 37, 500 block of Parker Ave., Aurora, was charged with driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony, for driving with a revoked license on Nov. 26, having been previously convicted of the same offense on two occasions, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of Dec. 22 was set.

• Alonzo Owens, 19, 200 block of Sherman Ave., Montgomery, was charged with retail theft, a Class 3 felony, for allegedly stealing more than $300 worth of electronics from an Oswego business on Nov. 23, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $3,000 and a court date of Dec. 19 was set.

• Stephon Cotts, 19, and Patricia Spangler, 18, both of the 700 block of S. Lake St., Aurora, were each charged with three counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, Class 4 felonies, for allegedly caring an uncased an loaded revolver on Nov. 18, having not been issued a valid FOID card, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $20,000 for Cotts and Spangler.

• Marilyn Fabrizius, 29, 700 block of S. River St., Montgomery, was charged with retail theft, a Class 3 felony, for allegedly stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from a Montgomery business on Nov. 18, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Jan. 5 was set.

• Kyle Nixon, 30, of Warrenville, was charged with retail theft, a Class 3 felony, for allegedly stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from a Montgomery business on Nov. 18, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $5,000 and a court date of Dec. 8 was set.

• Matthew Waite, 49, 200 block of Adams St., Oswego, was charged with two counts of theft from a person, Class 3 felonies, for allegedly taking a woman’s purse, which had contents worth more than $500, on Nov. 17, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set at $15,000 and a court date of Dec. 19 was set. Waite was also charged with retail theft, a Class 3 felony, for allegedly taking merchandise worth more than $300 from a Montgomery business on Sept. 27. Bail in that case was set at $10,000 and a court date of Dec. 19 was also set.

• David Jansen, 42, 0-99 block of Timbercreek Drive East, Yorkville, was charged with criminal damage to property, a Class 4 felony, for allegedly damaging a woman’s vehicle while it was parked on Bridge Street in Yorkville on Oct. 31. Bail was set at $10,000 and a court date of Dec. 6 was set.
