To the Editor:
On a recent Sunday morning, on the way to Aurora, at different times, there were five cars which appeared out of the dense fog with no headlights on. Once, with a car trying to pass, only with the quick action of other cars to provide space did we avoid a tragic accident. Please, please, when there is reduced visibility – for whatever reason – please use those headlights. And, encourage others to do so. Granted, cars should not pass in the fog, but if they do, an oncoming car with no lights is asking for a collision.
