A gas station, car wash and Dunkin' Donuts may soon locate on the Village of Montgomery's far west side.
Among the items on the village board's agenda this evening, Monday, is a request for a special use permit for the project at the southeast corner of Route 30 and Gordon Road.
GLR Ventures is seeking board approval for the permit.
In a memo to the board, Jeff Zoephel, village administrator, noted the proposed develpoment would include "a gas station with diesel pumps, A Dunkin' Donuts drive-through and a car wash."
The village's plan commission has reviewed the project plans and recommended the board deny the permit request.
Tonight's board meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at Village Hall, 200 North River Street.
