ALR donates to Rolling Thunder

The American Legion Riders (ALR) Post #181 from Sandwich donated $1,000 to Rolling Thunder Inc., Illinois Chapter #1 from the “Bowl for Vets” benefit on Jan. 27. This donation will benefit Rolling Thunder to educate the public that many American Prisoners of War have been left behind, to protect future veterans from being left behind should they become POW/MIA, and committed to helping veterans from all wars. The American Legion Riders is a motorcycle group of American Legion Members that focus on veteran needs and support, love to ride, participate in patriotic events, and support community events.
