Montgomery police were summoned to a business in the 2000 block of Orchard Road on a report of a fight involving five or six people Aug. 5 at 8 p.m.
Police said the combatants had settled down when officers arrived at the business, and the owner declined to sign complaints.
Officers issued no-trespassing orders to the combatants and they then left the business.
However, police said one of the people, Thomas Cook, 33, of the 2800 block of Providence Lane, Montgomery, returned to the business at 9 p.m. and made obscene gestures to the employees from outside the business.
Cook then drove away from the business on a motorcycle.
Police said officers located Cook on his motorcycle in the 2800 block of Providence Lane in the village and he was arrested on charges of trespass to real property, driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and having an expired registration.
Cook posted bond and was released pending an appearance the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville, according to police.
