Plano police reports

Information in Police Reports is obtained from local police departments. Individuals in Police Reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proved guilty in court.

Revoked license

Plano police arrested Antonio Arriaga, 53, of the 900 block of Wellington Circle, Aurora, at 12:37 p.m. on Nov. 1 on charges of driving while license revoked.

Suspended license

Plano police arrested Peter Kallergis, 19, of the 0-100 block of Linden Drive, Plano, at 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 on charges of driving on a suspended license.

Failure to appear warrant

Plano police arrested Emiliano Luciano, 34, of the 1700 block of Walnut Park Lane, Aurora, at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 30 after police discovered he had a warrant for his arrest out of Kendall County for failure to appear in court.

Warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Walter King, 25, of the 2200 block of Margaret Drive, Montgomery, at 1:21 a.m. on Nov. 3 following a traffic stop in the 400 block of East South Street. Police said King had a warrant for his arrest out of Kendall County on a charge of aggravated assault with a weapon.

Speeding

Plano police arrested Julio Pedraza-Godinez, 25, of the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, at 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 4 on charges of speeding 75 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone after a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Eldamain Road. He was booked at the Plano police station, released and given a court date, police said.
