Indian Valley Vocational Center in Sandwich recently announced its outstanding fall students. This recognition program spotlights students from 15 programs on site, plus cosmetology and fire science, selected by the program instructors. The criteria included are qualities such as outstanding professional work, enthusiasm, attendance, initiative, and demonstrated work ethic.
The Outstanding Fall 2018 Students from the area include: Charles Kostka, Yorkville High School, Auto Body Repair; Antonio Ramirez, Yorkville High School, Automotive Technology; Javen Williams, Yorkville High School, Automotive Technology; Angela Feltz, Yorkville High School, Cosmetology – Hair Professionals; Jake Angelo, Parkview Christian Academy, Fire Science; Kyle Westphal, Newark High School, Welding & Fabrication.
