The Kendall County Regional Planning Commission will hold its annual workshop meeting at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, in the County Board Room of the Kendall County Office Building at 111 W. Fox St. in Yorkville.
One of the main objectives of this workshop meeting is to give the public and any other interested parties an opportunity to comment on the county’s existing Land Resource Management Plan and to suggest proposed changes or modifications to the plan.
The annual meeting is also an opportunity for county staff, townships, communities, nearby counties, fire districts, school districts, park/forest preserves, economic development organizations, and nonprofit organizations to share with everyone an overview of the activities and accomplishments from their organization from 2018 and the goals and objectives for 2019. No RSVP is needed.
