Meals for a Healthy Heart aims to improve your overall well-being.
This two-class series held at the Oswego Senior Center, 156 E. Washington St., is intended to complement the recommendations of your health care provider and to help you and or your loved one manage heart disease.
Presented by Laura Barr, nutrition and wellness educator with University of Illinois Extension, the program will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Feb. 15 and Feb. 22.
