Yorkville police arrested Ryan Baker 26, of the 300 block of Woodworth Street, on a charge of criminal trespass to real property after responding to a report of an individual who was seen running across the roadway at 7:30 p.m. May 25 in the 1000 block of North Bridge Street. Baker was located on a property for which a no trespass order had been served to him. Baker was transported to the Kendall County Jail to await bond.
Yorkville police cited Darryl Grays Jr., 27, of the 1900 block of Seaview Drive, Aurora, on a charge of retail theft at 10:34 a.m. May 29 at a business in the 1600 block of West Veterans Parkway. After the investigation was completed, Grays Jr. was cited and released at the scene.
Yorkville police arrested Victor M. Davis, 19, of the 8300 block of Galena Road, Bristol, on a warrant after responding to a traffic accident at 11:39 p.m. May 29 in the 8000 block of West Highpoint Road. No injuries were reported in the traffic accident.
Theft of labor or services
Yorkville police took a report of theft of labor or services June 1 that occurred April 26 at 9:09 a.m. in the 200 block of East Veterans Parkway.
Improper lane usage
Yorkville police cited a juvenile driver for improper lane usage after responding to a traffic accident at 7:55 p.m. June 1 near Route 34 and Route 47. No injuries were reported.
No valid driver’s license
Yorkville police ticketed Jorge Sanchez, 41, of Margarets Lane, Aurora, on a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license after stopping the vehicle he was driving at 9:45 a.m. June 3 in the 1600 block of North Beecher Road. The vehicle was towed and Sanchez was transported to the Kendall County Jail to await bond.
Yorkville police arrested Tywan D. Jones, Jr., 21, of the 700 block of Christopher Street, Plano, on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court and Claudio Cabrera, 38, of the 500 block of Hinman Street, Aurora, on three warrants issued in Aurora, DuPage County and Kane County, respectively, for failure to appear in court after stopping their vehicle at 6 p.m. June 3 in the area of Route 34 and Isabel Drive. Jones and Cabrera were transported to the Kendall County Jail.
