A Yorkville man was arrested twice in five days on charges of trespassing at a motel in the 1000 block of North Bridge Street.
Yorkville police arrested Ryan L. Baker, 26, of the 300 block of Woodworth Street on a charge of trespassing at 7:10 p.m., Aug. 17, in the 1000 block of North Bridge Street. Officers reported that Baker had received prior notice from officers and the property owner to stay away from the property. Baker was transported to the County Jail, where he was later released after posting bond.
Baker was then arrested by Yorkville police at 3:36 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22, on a charge of criminal trespass to property, at the same location in the 1000 block of North Bridge Street. Baker was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail to await bond.
