In addition to DUI, two of the three men were cited for possession of marijuana, according to police.
Police arrested Kyle Kutschke, 25, of the 600 block of Manhattan Circle, Oswego, on charges of DUI at 11:30 p.m. on Friday, April 6. Police said an officer was investigating a suspicious vehicle and Kutschke was the driver.
Police said Kutschke failed all field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of the vehicle also revealed marijuana, and Kutschke was cited for possession, police said.
Police arrested Nathan McCue, 22, of the 200 block of Hillcrest Avenue, Yorkville, at 2:41 a.m. on Saturday, April 7, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police said they stopped the vehicle McCue was driving for having no rear registration plate light.
Police said they cited McCue for possession of marijuana and having no rear registration plate light in addition to the DUI.
Police arrested Randy Richardson Jr., 50, of the 4000 block of Dobbins Street, Plano, at 1:51 a.m. on April 8 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop for speeding at Route 126 and Route 47.
Police said open alcohol was also found inside Richardson’s vehicle. Richardson was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding in addition to the DUI, police said.
