As a member of the Yorkville community, Inland Real Estate Group has a vested interest not only in the business of its community, but in the welfare of its people.

Inland, one of the largest commercial real estate and finance groups in the United states, takes pride in its community and those surrounding Yorkville.

“Our members are on several chambers of commerce, says Rich Artman, president and managing broker of Inland Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. “We are supportive of many different charities and take part in fundraising activities throughout the year.”

Inland regularly takes donations for breast cancer and sets up a toy box to collect new toys for Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital in Park Ridge It also supports new teachers that come into the Yorkville district each year by hosting a breakfast to introduce them to the community.

“It is the community where we work, live and play,” Artman says. “We want to be good corporate citizens as well as taking care of the community that takes care of us. Inland has always been philanthropic on its approach to being in business. Simply. put, we like to give some back to help when and where we can.”

Inland partners with more than a dozen local charities and organizations, including the Village of Yorkville, Yorkville school district, Junior Women’s Club, food pantry, Girl Scouts and more. Additionally, Inland employees are members of the Chamber of Commerce for the communities of Sugar Grove, Yorkville, Oswego, Plano, Sandwich, Montgomery, Aurora and the Aurora Hispanic. They are also members of the board for the Plano and Aurora Hispanic chambers of commerce.
