The Kendall County 4-H Teen Federation hosted its annual Bowl-A-Thon philanthropic fundraiser and collected $1,350 for Northern Illinois Food Bank. In addition, the group volunteered this spring at NIFB, helping to pack 2,705 pounds of food, which means 2,254 meals for their hungry neighbor in northern Illinois. Kendall County 4-H Teen Federation is a group of 4-H members who are 13 years of age or older who do community service projects and learn leadership skills, while working together.
