No valid license
Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding at 10:33 a.m. Oct. 28 at Galena Road and Route 47 in unincorporated Bristol Township. Police said they discovered the driver of the vehicle, Israel Gudino, 41, of the 1500 block of Sheffer Road in Aurora, did not have a valid driver’s license. Gudino was cited for speeding and no valid license and was released on scene with a personal recognizance bond.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 9:27 p.m. Oct. 28 in the 100 block of Hillstone Road in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of battery. The investigation continues.
Traffic accident with injury
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 8:31 a.m. Oct. 27 in the 13000 block of Fox Road in unincorporated Fox Township for a call about an accident with injury involving two vehicles. Britannie Rousseau, 27, of the 1000 block of Nicolson Street in Joliet, was taken by Little Rock Fox EMS to Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital in Sandwich with injuries that were not life-threatening. Police said Rousseau was cited for passing in a no-passing zone.
Driving under the influence
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 12:26 a.m. Oct. 27 at Frazier Road and Creek Road in unincorporated Little Rock Township for a report of a single-vehicle accident. Tonya M. Blackwell, 34, of the 400 block of Sweetbriar Place in Plano, was cited for DUI. Police said Blackwell was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville without incident.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 7:59 p.m. Oct. 25 in the 100 block of Heathgate Road in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. Police said the investigation continues.
Criminal trespass to property
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 11:38 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 10000 block of Corneils Road in unincorporated Bristol Township for a report of criminal trespass to property. The investigation continues.
Sheriff’s deputies responded a call at 12:59 p.m. Oct. 24 to the 0-99 block of 0-99 Ashlawn Avenue in Boulder Hill for a report of identity theft that occurred at noon that day. Police said the victim reported an unknown subject used his social security number to file for unemployment. Police said no suspect information is available and the incident is under investigation.
