In-state warrant
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pamela Page, 51, at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 0-99 block of Hampton Road in Boulder Hill for an in-state warrant. Police charged Page with failure to appear in court related to a family case in Kendall County. Page is due back in court 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville.
Theft
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 5:03 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 0-99 block of Ingleshire Road in Boulder Hill for a report of theft. Police said the victim reported she bought items through Facebook that she did not receive. The investigation continues.
Criminal damage to property
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 1:16 p.m. Nov. 17 in the 6000 block of Minkler Road in unincorporated Kendall Township for a report of two subjects damaging windows of an abandoned home. The investigation continues.
Identity theft
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 11:16 a.m. Nov. 16 in the 0-99 block of Long Beach Road in Boulder Hill concerning a report of identity theft. The investigation continues.
Failure to appear warrant
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Erika Puntos-Saucedo, 30, of the 0-100 block of Sonora Road in Boulder Hill, at 12:33 p.m. Nov. 16 in the 1100 block of Cornell Lane in unincorporated Bristol Township, and charged her with failure to appear on a traffic warrant out of Kane County.
Theft of ATV
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 1 p.m. Nov. 15 in the 9000 block of Schlapp Road in unincorporated Na-Au-Say Township for a call about an ATV theft that occurred between Nov. 10 and Nov. 15. Police were told a 2007 Can Am ATV was stolen. The investigation continues.
Accident with injuries
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 8:53 a.m. Nov. 15 at Route 31 and West Anchor Drive in unincorporated Oswego Township for a single-vehicle accident involving injuries. David E. Stutz, 48, of the 3600 block of Blake Street in Plano, was transported to an area hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
In-state warrant
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 7:21 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in unincorporated Oswego Township for a follow-up interview. Police learned in the interview that Gidget M. Walls, 47, of the same address, was found to have a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear in court for domestic battery. Walls was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail.
DUI drugs
Sheriff’s deputies searched a vehicle at 8:35 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 0-100 block of Saugatuck Road in unincorporated Bristol Township. Police said the driver, Agustin Osorio, 21, of the 1100 block of Hinkley Street in Aurora, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs. Osorio is required to be back in court at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 11.
In-state warrant
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 9:47 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 100 block of West Rickard Drive in unincorporated Bristol Township for a report of a domestic incident. While investigating the incident, police learned James A. Smith, 22, of the same address, was found to have two Kendall County warrants, including one for a failure to appear in court for escape and an original warrant for obstructing identification. Smith was arrested and taken to the Kendall County Jail.
Disorderly conduct
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disorderly conduct call at 7:04 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 0-99 block of Sierra Road in Boulder Hill. The investigation continues.
