Lockport man charged with DUI, unlawful use of weapon after property damage crash

YORKVILLE – A Lockport man has been arrested and charged for driving under the influence and unlawfully using a weapon following a single-vehicle property damage accident, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 3:04 a.m. Tuesday, March 10 in the 9900 block of Walker Road in unincorporated Yorkville for a report of a property damage accident where a single vehicle was involved, according to a Wednesday, March 11 sheriff's office news release.

Police said in the news release Marvin D. Boulware III, 50, of the 2600 block of Lakeridge Drive, Lockport, was arrested and charged with DUI, misdemeanor unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful container of adult cannabis in a vehicle, along with being cited for improper lane usage and no valid insurance, during the investigation.

Marvin was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
