Clarice H. Pearce of Aurora, formerly of Oswego, Sandwich and Naperville, will turn 100 years old July 3.
Pearce and her late husband, George, owned and operated G.W. Pearce Companies in Aurora, and the Sandwich Airport in Sandwich. She attended St. Nicholas Grade School in Aurora and graduated from Madonna High School in Aurora.
A celebration was to be in her honor, but had to be canceled because of the COVID-19 guidelines. Hopefully it can be celebrated at a later date.
Pearce has four children, Carolyn and Tom Ulrich of Westminster, South Carolina; Pat and Bill Dunn of Oswego; George and Debbie Pearce of Aurora; and Roger and Deb Pearce of Ocala, Florida. She also has 12 grandchildren along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Cards would be appreciated and can me mailed to Clarice Pearce, P. O. Box 665, Oswego, IL 60543-0665.
