GIRLS GOLF

Sandwich 202, Ottawa 222

Junior Alijah Campbell shot a 42 to earn medalist honors, as the Indians (4-1, 3-0) celebrated Senior Night with a win over Ottawa. Senior Grace Donahue shot a 50, senior Morgan Ross a 52 and senior Hanna Reedy a 58 for Sandwich.

Yorkville 200, West Aurora 213

Yorkville's Mia Natividad shot a 40 to earn medalist honors, leading the Foxes to the dual win at Orchard Valley. Maddie Battaglia shot a 52, Laine Leonard a 53 and Alexis Nelson a 55.

LaSalle-Peru 216, Plano 224

Plano's Faith Malloy was medalist, shooting a 47 at Cedardell. KC Polomchak carded a 58, Kendal Flodstrom a 59 and Hayden Flodstrom a 60 for Plano (2-3).

BOYS GOLF

Oswego East 164, Plainfield South 189

Camden Bonney carded a 39 to take medalist honors for the unbeaten Wolves (6-0) at Fox Bend. Michael Hugelier followed with a 41 and Gavin Hjelle and Brandon Alesia each came in at 42 for Oswego East.

Newark/Serena 179, Somonauk 181

Newark's Dylan Cartwright shared medalist honors with Jaylen Dion of Somonauk. Cam Figgins shot a 45, Iane Stegman 44 and Braxton Hart 51.

Ottawa Marquette 117, Parkview Christian 228 (Wednesday)

Elijah Oudyn posted a 45 to lead the Falcons at Pine Hills Golf Course in Ottawa. Jeremiah Terrell-Bedell shot a 53, Melanie Burgin a 64 and Ethan New a 66.

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY

Sandwich 26, La Salle-Peru 29

Sandwich's Alana Stahl took first in 22:36 and Claire Roberts was second in 23:34, leading the Indians to the dual win. Molly Roberts was sixth in 25:11, Peyton Rogers seventh in 26:27 and Prayer Sommers 10th in 28:30.

Sandwich Middle School

Sandwich's girls scored 22 points to beat DeKalb (34) and Byron (83). Sandwich's Sunny Weber won the race in 14:40, with Erin Lissman second (14:40.5), Joanna Rivera fourth (15:02), Grace Anderson sixth (15:30) and Hannah Treptow ninth (16:27).

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY

Sandwich 24, La Salle-Peru 36

Steve Aguilar took second place in 17:59, leading the Indians to the dual meet win. Wyatt Miller was fourth in 18:37, Dayton Beatty fifth in 18:59, Johnny Rizzuto sixth in 19:14 and Dylan Chaplin seventh in 19:18.

Sandwich Middle School

Sandwich's boys team scored 39 points, DeKalb 37 and Byron 46. Sandwich's Josefh Hernandez won the race in 12:43, with Shane McGuane seventh (16:29), A.J. Parker eighth (16:30), Eli Bourke ninth (16:31) and Caleb Juinius 14th (16:49).

GIRLS TENNIS

Yorkville JV 5, Oswego East 2

The Foxes had singles wins from Kylee Sandon and Maria Paus and doubles wins from Kaitlyn Rojas/Olivia Hernandez, Paige Phillips/Aliesha Peterson and a doubles win by forfeit.
