Attempted burglary to motor vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at about 12:06 a.m. Sept. 21 in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill for a report of attempted burglary to motor vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

No valid driver's license

Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at 7:29 p.m. Sept. 20 on a vehicle for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone near the intersection of Route 47 and Route 52 in Lisbon Township. A 15-year-old male juvenile from Plano was cited for speeding and no valid driver’s license and released on his own recognizance.

Theft of lost or mislaid property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 5:47 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 7000 block of Route 34 in Bristol Township for a report of a theft of lost/mislaid property. This incident is under investigation.

Domestic battery and criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 3:44 a.m. Sept. 19 for a report of domestic battery and criminal damage to property in the 0-99 block of Pembrooke Road in Boulder Hill. The incident is under investigation.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 10:11 p.m. Sept. 18 in the intersection of Sherrill Road and O'Brien Road in Seward Township for a report of a criminal damage to property. The incident is under investigation.

Bristol Township burglary

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 6:32 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 6200 block of Route 71 in Bristol Township for a report of a burglary, where a dirt bike was taken, that occurred sometime between Sept. 17 and Sept. 18. The investigation continues.

Speeding 35 mph or more over

Sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop at 7:07 p.m. Sept. 18 on a vehicle for speeding 95 mph in a 55 mph zone near the intersection of Route 47 and Caton Farm Road in Kendall Township. The driver Diego Cortes, 22, of the 0-99 block of Saugatuck Road, Boulder Hill, was cited for speeding 35 or more over and released on a personal recognizance on scene.

Identity theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at about 6:43 p.m. Sept. 18 in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Boulder Hill for a report of identity theft. The caller reported that $497.31 was stolen from her credit union account. The investigation continues.

Attempted residential burglary

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at about 2:09 p.m. Sept. 16 in the 500 block of Creek Road in Little Rock Township to investigate an attempted residential burglary. The resident reported someone tried to enter a residence by damaging a door. The matter remains under investigation.

Violation of stalking, no contact order reported

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 10:22 a.m. Sept. 15 regarding a report of a violation of a stalking or no contact order. The victim reported she received a harassing telephone call on Sept. 13. Police did not provide additional information about the location from which the report was made. The investigation continues.

Harassment by telephone

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 10:22 a.m. Sept. 15 about a report of harassment by telephone. The caller reported receiving several unwanted and harassing text messages on Aug. 30. Police did not provide additional information about the location from which the report was made. The investigation continues.
