A new restaurant in downtown Oswego is set to open soon.
Imperial Investments Director of Development Mike Mann confirmed that a restaurant located on the first floor level of the a new three-story multi-use building at 113 South Main Street to be called 113 Main should open its doors to customers this fall.
"We're hoping for late October, early November (opening) for 113 Main," Mann said.
As previously reported in the Ledger, 113 Main will have "an open, airy feel and feature an industrial warehouse architectural style" with 15 foot ceilings and garage door-like windows facing onto Main Street.
A look at the menu shows a focus on craft cocktails and beer, including local favorites, and a wine list for meal pairings.
General Manager Matt Verde previously confirmed that dining options will also include specialty burgers and sandwiches, with ingredients sourced from local farms, as well as seafood, tacos and charcuterie boards.
The menu will feature both higher-priced items, and "approachable and affordable" eats, Verde said.
Imperial Investments is currently in negotiations with several possible businesses to fill the top two floors of the three-story building, Mann said.
With 5,000 square feet of leasable space on each floor, Mann confirmed that the number of tenants for the office spaces on both floors will depend on the size of the offices.
Build out for the office spaces will not begin until the work on 113 Main is completed, he added.
"We're really excited to get open," Mann said. "We're hoping we can open up with no restrictions and be ready to rock and roll."
