Brenart Eye Clinic puts community first with 40 years of local support

A cornerstone in Yorkville for 40 years, Brenart Eye Clinic is proud to be a community partner.

Founded in 1979, Brenart Eye Clinic has grown from an in-home office to one of Illinois’ largest multi-disciplinary clinics, helping tens of thousands of patients.

“We have a lot to thank the Yorkville community for! It would be a disfavor not to give back to the community that has given us so much the last four decades. Our vision for the future has, and always will, take into great consideration the wonderful community members of this beautiful and growing city,” said Brenart Eye Clinic office manager Ashley Meyer.

Brenart Eye Clinic is a member of the Yorkville Chamber of Commerce, and was recently the presenting sponsor for the Chamber’s annual Chamber Dinner Night. Brenart Eye Clinic also sponsors many other community events, including Biz Boo, River Fest, Hometown Days and the annual Chamber golf outing.

Brenart Eye Clinic extends its community partnership to supporting Yorkville Sports Boosters and Yorkville schools sports teams in the First National Challenge, which has raised over $2 Million for school athletic programs as well as many Yorkville sports camps.

Brenart Eye Clinic also supports Yorkville Parks and Recreation with many of their events as well as the Kendall County Food Pantry, taking part in at least one food drive annually. Support also includes the Lions Club and the Kiwanis Club of Yorkville Foundation.

The clinic also held its first school supply drive in partnership with the Yorkville Educational Foundation last year. The successful drive benefitted those in Yorkville School District 115. School supply donations provided help to families with limited resources to defray back-to-school expenses, making a difference in the lives of local students.

“We appreciate these wonderful organizations so much. They make such a significant impact on our community, and we’re always grateful for the opportunity to take part. We give them endless thanks and look forward to supporting them for many years to come,” said Meyer.
